Body Weight Exercises

There is just as much benefits to walking than there is running. People believe that jogging is not enough to make a difference and that they need to run like Bolt or Farah. Scientists are now showing that regardless of pace, movement is the most important thing that provides many health benefits. Whatever you choose to do... just do it!

Depending on your own mobility and health, differing types of fitness can be beneficial. Most people will not have access to weights during lockdown so below are videos that include short sessions of bodyweight exercises. Please remember to warm up before & drink plenty of water after. Dressing up like Joe Wicks is optional!
