MONDAY MINDFULNESS
Let Liz Harris, Houston's very own Yogi take you through a full Wellness class. The class covers both Qi gong, yoga and meditation.
TUESDAY TAKING IT EASY
Today's activity is a 'Doodles and Destress' activity, taught by our very own doodles expert Miss O'Hara. For the activity you will need some paper and a pen/pencil.
WEDNESDAY WIND-DOWN
​Today is all about winding down. Pick an activity that eases your body and mind into relaxation. Whether that be a long (rainy!) walk, jog, or cycle, take time to relax. Miss O'Hara continues to aid your relaxation by providing a brief introduction to another mindfulness exercise called 'Taking your pencil for a Walk'
THURSDAY IS FOR THERAPY
Thursday's activity is an introduction to a basic NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) exercise called 'Perfect Moment, Perfect You'. Let Brian Costello from the Scottish Centre of NLP explain and then take you through the technique.... get comfy, relax and sound on!
